No clicking, ever. AT&T brand ( Regret that decision - No / slow updates) but the phone is awesome since Nov 2015 and only issue that I have is a known android issue of lag typing at times. And honestly it started with Marshmallow update.

I ended up swapping my PRIV for a new one and I couldn't be happier. This unit has zero clicking out of the box, it has some very slight sideways movement when the screen is up (right at the bottom portion) but I'm notoriously fussy. No creaking and I'm sure better battery life so far.

Loving this phone, it hasn't so much more potential than BB10, but android has made me realise how truly great the BB10 OS was. So fluid and intuitive.

I do have a Priv (and since august a new one after losing my first Priv, so my 2nd device), My wife has a Priv and my business associate has a Priv; all the STV100-4 versions and 3 of them bought at launch. No clicking or whatever; hardware is perfect and after MM and several updates is the software also great (20+ hrs on a battery, 2 devices are on BES12).

The device is just great and I have nothing to complain. Okay I don't understand the pro's of the curved screen because it gives me more hassle than holding a DTEK50 when using the VKB.

Mine doesn't (well maybe once or twice soon after out of the box), but it does have the wireless charging feature which some say "fills out" the innards of the phone and mitigates the clicking or popping.

No clicking or creaking here. I really think it has to do with the addition or omission of the wireless charger. Mine has it and I have zero issues. I think it tightens it up.

According to BlackBerry, models STV100-1, STV100-2 and STV-100-5 all have wireless charging. VZW is STV100-2 and it seems by reports that there are as many complaints from VZW phones as any others. Mine is a VZW STV100-2 VZW phone with a Feb 2016 build date and it doesn't have the clicking, but I've read many complaints of other -2 models that do.

I just got my priv from shopbb Canada on Wednesday. It is strange as it clicked on the bottom left of the screen slightly at first, but it seems to have disappeared completely now! So far I am loving this phone

Couldn't be happier with my recent purchase from Shop CrackBerry. No build issues with my PRIV and don't notice it getting warmer than any other phone I have used, including Nexus 6P

It took me until now to find whee the screen clicks. Doesn't bother me as I don't intentionally press the bottom left
