    It seems that all of a sudden when I press the "0" key on my priv it opens up the voice dictation. I now have to press the "alt" then the "0" to get a "0" to register. Is there any way to disable the dictation?
    Maybe it was always like that? I just don't ever remember having that pop up....

    This is the default behaviour.
    To change it, go to: Settings>>language and input>>BlackBerry Keyboard settings>>advanced, and the toggle the Dictation Key option.

    by the way, you can still hold that 0 and you'll get the mic option to appear on screen so you can still have it as dictation by long press and selecting mic

    i'm on the same boat w/ you.. it was very annoying.
