You will likely have to factory reset to fix this. Autoloader would even be better.

I know that this is somewhat off-topic, but how hilarious would it be if BlackBerry packaged their DTEK app with the Hub+ suite for all Android devices? The only function of the DTEK app for them would be to remind them that their device is not as secure as it could be because it is not a BlackBerry.

Its very easy, look at the autoloader post above. Find the Verizon one (of that's what you have) and load the phone.

Its not going to help to post in 3 different threads. Something is wrong with your OS. Reload it.

They would be to verify the downloaded file. It's not necessary, I've never done it.

considering the screenshots and the heating and charging issues i have with ofc high drain rate , you think that is an os issue ? Because i already factory reset my phone but i have a feeling that autoloader is going to workout.

It should work, it loads fresh new OS.
After loading give it a few days to settle down and the heat should be gone.

checking out from the dtek it clear that something is wrong and making the device malfunction . I was ready to scream and kick the shop guy , before you appeared.. And i am going to follow the instructions stated as in the blackberry support site right ? like fastbooting phone etc to reload os
