I downloaded and installed BlackBerry-USBDrivers-5.0.0.2.exe on my Windows 10 laptop but I still cannot see the contents of my Priv SD card, which has a 128 Gig capacity.
Is there something I am doing incorrectly?
When I plug it into the laptop with a USB 3.0 port, it opens Windows explorer to the Priv folder but that is just blank and there is no way to add a directory. There are directories already on the SD card which are not showing up.

Are you changing USB connection to MTP mode via the drop-down menu?

For anybody else that initially misses how to gain access to both the sd-card and Internal Memory... When you plug in the usb cable, there might be a brief notice on the phone you can react to. But if you miss it, Swipe Down to reveal your notices and then swipe upward/scroll to see the one that says something like "usb charging - if you want to change...." and tap that Notice. Opt for the File Share option and then the folders on the phone should show up in Win Explorer.
