    Can anyone help me. I added my outlook work email to the HUB. And the account came up as duplicate. I deleted one of the accounts and the other remained. But it's not syncing anything. When I try to remove that account it just takes me back the the account setting screen and it's still there. When I try to read the email it says that it's a duplicate account. So far I'm not loving my new PRIV. Switched from a 6 Plus but still dual wielding (BlackBerry Classic/Passport on rare occasion). I'm not sure how I feel about Android yet.

    I've restarted the phone and cleared data from app settings as well and nothing

    Clear data/cache for BlackBerry Services and this should solve the issue. Note that this will remove all of your PIM accounts.
