    I have the AT&T Priv updated to latest software and for about a month now I can only use speaker phone for calls. If I try to use the speaker for my ear I can not hear the person, but switch to speaker phone and I can hear the person. The kicker to this all is that I can hear it ring normally, but once they pick up I can not hear anything. I have tried turning the phone off and on, factory reset and making sure Bluetooth is turned off. Anyone have any ideas?

    The speaker failed the test and it also said there was an internal error causing the front facing camera to not turn on.

    I'll recommend try to reload the OS before taking it repair shop. Use autoloader and take back up first.

    Perhaps try the 32 second reset. Hold the off button for 32 seconds and then release.

    Use a timer.

    This is equivalent to a battery pull.
