    There's a thread in the Passport forum dealing with the various aspect ratios

    The idea of composing pictures in those various formats was discussed. I wonder if it would be possible to have the GRID function show a 16:9 rectangle over the 4:3 image so that one could use all of the pixels but still provide the user with an idea of how their 16:9 composition would turn out or eventually be cropped? One could move the camera to get an idea of 16:9 on the overall landscape.

    Hopefully, the idea and the early morning composing is not totally confusing.

    Good call! I'd like to see all kinds of different grid options. Rule of thirds, aspect crops, golden spiral, etc.
