    For the past two days, I have relied a message that I have a bug and to file a bug report. It brings me to a form to upload. It suggests I should have an incident number, but the number is all zeros. I am directed to fill out and upload this form, but when I type in one of my email addresses, nothing will upload. Am I supposed to have / use a special Blackberry email address?

    Any suggestions?

    It suggests sending to [email protected] if you don't have a number. Did you try that ?
