I had a problem with losing the phone icon off the home screen. Called BlackBerry Support they couldn't find the problem after spending 4 hours on the phone so I had to wipe my phone and send them my logs.

They followed the incident up by calling me 4 times. This never happens from other manufacturers. BlackBerry wants the Priv to succeed and it shows.

I'm look forward to the OS updates.

With that attitude it won't be long before BlackBerry is back on top

Never had any type of follow up with any other manufacturer.

Since the phone is new they want to make and fix the OS$

What's your point? If they really cared, they would put quality tech support on that line, not untrained, offshore, outsourced cr@p.

They may be useless for now. But they are logging the fixes into their system. So for the next person who calls has a better chance of them directly fixing the issue.

Have loved all my BlackBerry devices. No trolling here.

Their tech support socks at tier 1 and 2. If you get/got tier 3, they're good.
