    Call it instead of complaining about things like battery. It's free for a year. they will help you set it up properly to mitigate battery issues etc.

    Double dog dare me? I'll do it, but sitting around for 3 hours with the phone on hold while being transferred from person to person who undoubtedly will have to escalate the call to some type of management personnel to get a simple reply or obvious answer needed to close out the trouble shooting ticket is hardly my definition of a Friday night... More of a Monday thing...
