I just want to see the final design I doubt that sneak peek they showed is the real deal look how tall it is u can't type walking around with 2 hands with that thing I think there waiting on the actual design to start giving details and the keyboard looks way to thin for support

Passport works just fine as a 2 handed phone. As do most other phablets well over 5". Height with the slider open will not matter as much as balance in your hand. I would imagine they include a lot of the meat of the phone down low so it balances well once open.
As for cases you only really need an open side to allow the slider. Obviously once open the back of the keyboard will have no protection but it is also not designed to be kept open 24/7.
