I have the new Priv and am in Australia - my question is that I often get a small pop-up screen come on that says 'Blackberry Services has stopped' and has an 'ok' button to click on whioch then makes the box disappear. I can't seem to find what this is referring to, is it the internet? It's not causing any concerns for me other than being a nuisance as it continually comes up as I'm leaving a program. Any ideas at all?

    It's referring to BlackBerry Services - https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...tructure&hl=en

The app is seemingly having issues on your device. You may wish to clear the data and cache from the apps section to improve its stability but keep in mind, that will likely kill off all of your Hub accounts or, you can simply wipe your device and start fresh, which I suggest. Of course, before ALL of that.. make sure the app is on the recent version using the given link above. That alone might solve your problem.

Make sure to update all BlackBerry apps. Not just BlackBerry services.

You may have to actually search for BlackBerry in the playstore to know if there's an update.

Worst case scenario, you may need to factory reset but updating all the Blackberry apps usually does the trick 95% of the time
