I am trying to set up the Zen 2 Watch and my BB Priv. The Android Wear and ZenWatch apps are installed. They will not pair. What settings could be affecting the setup? Thanks

I know when I had a Fitbit, it needed to be paired in its own app. It did not pair using the ordinary BT options.

Make sure and pair it through the android wear app

I have this asus zen watch2 too, I do notice the phone unable to find it or pair with it after the watch losing all battery power or not paired for extended period of time (roughly a month).

My solution is to fully charge the watch, then do a full reset erasing everything on the watch, then do a new pairing with android wear app, and it will fix the problem.
