    Hi all!

Does anyone done a Speedtest on Wifi or Mobile?
Ive a 250Mbit fiber connection at home.

On all devices (even Wifi) i get min. 200Mbit.
On the Priv only 100-120Mbit (Router say thats connected with AC and Connectionspeed 600mbit).

    And on the Mobile Connection.
ive a LTE CA Plan (300/50) -> on an iPhone 6S i get about 240mbit
    On my Priv also about +/- 100 - 120Mbit.

Is there maybe a limitation of the encrypted Filesystem ??

(PS: i tested it with a european -4 and an APAC -3 Priv)

    Thank you

The maximum I've hit on my home WiFi is 325 Mbps on the 5Ghz channel. 125 Mbps on LTE.

    That's on my Priv -1

WOW. 325Mbps (I presume that that's the download throughput)? Is this verified through speedtest.net or some other utility? What kind of service is that, fiber optic +++++ ? Do tell. Also you must be paying an arm and a leg for that speed.

I haven't run a speed test but I can certainly say that may priv moves faster on LTE than WiFi. My text messages also lag when on WiFi.

I always upgrade to the best service in my area. Both my wife and I work from home a couple of days a week, Netflix, Plex, etc. require it. Multiple devices each. Plus a kid who eats up bandwidth. I swear he must even stream the air he breathes. So yeah, I pay a bit more, but it's worth it.

That's incredible, and that's on your Telus WiFi or another WiFi provider? I have Bell Fibe Internet WiFi and am paying for 55 Mbps, usually can get 65 or so and that seems fast. I cannot imagine what 325 would be like. I'm so jealous.

That's on the 5Ghz band. Rogers Ignite Expensive, I think it's called. And all my cabling is Cat6 to avoid bottlenecks, and I have a couple of WiFi extenders. My wife says I go overboard. I call it future-proofing.

I'm also on the Bell 5Ghz band, Fibe Internet (not Cat6, I'm sure). No WiFi extenders, and I live in a condo unit with many other WiFi networks in the building. I imagine you're in a house which can also make a big difference. Wow, I'm impressed.

I tested my Rogers Priv both using my Bell 5Ghz Wifi and the Rogers LTE and got pretty much the same download speeds, around 60Mbps. Upload speed was significantly higher using LTE.

Update: the October update to AAG853 for some reason seems to have *dramatically* improved download speeds from Google Play Store. Very zippy now and much faster to install too.
