Settings > Display > (at the bottom) Retail Demo Mode - A demonstration mode for use in retail stores

Since my store didn't have, and probably won't have a demo unit.

Please enter the Retail Mode password now - "instoredemo"

Enable retail mode - You should only use this mode if this device is for use in a retail display. Once enabled, a demonstration app will appear whenever the device sits idle. The screen will remain on, so please ensure that the device is plugged in to a power source. Connecting the device to the internet is also recommended for an optimal experience.

There's a country chooser and a Carrier chooser. The screen demonstration is quite the bad-***.
