    Hi All,
    I had this problem with my PRIV after recent updates of the Androing core. The phone rebooted a couple of times a day (5-6) at various times. While rebooting it always showed "Android starting, optimizing app 1 of 1" which took about 10-15 minutes. Very annoying.
    I went through a lot of discussions and combined the solutions into this one:

    1. Install Clean Master Lite and run the system cleanup.
    2. Reboot
    3. Run a second cleanup with CM Lite
    4. Reboot again
    5. Settings>App>All apps> Android System WebView - kill it
    6. Reboot again

    After these steps the random reboot issue disappeared and never came back. Its already one week.
