So I bought that 45 dollar case from Bell for my Priv right?, well I set it on a sticky surface so I took the case of to clean it. And where the plastic meets the lock button both sides have a little gouge in it. My 15 days on my phone is up Thursday. Should I take the phone back and get them to replace it or leave it. I have no clicky screen or anything others have complained about. I love this phone. I miss BB10 a lot but the good outweighs the bad. Thanks for your responses in advanced.

Keep your phone if you have no problems with it.

If you can have it replaced then good for you...but normally they won't replace a unit just because it has cosmetic issues.

I fought hard in a chain of back and forth emails and phone calls, wasting hours of my time to get BlackBerry to take accountability for the damage on my PRIV. They finally agreed to replace the device but told me I would have to work with Amazon on warranty replace the case?!?! In contrast one email to amazon and my case was refunded (and it was over 30 days after purchase). Blackberry support was a complete mess. Horrible experience. If you can get it replaced by the carrier then do it, because it will be a pain later

Sorry for the late responsen, been busy with work and homework at school. So I decided not to take it back because I can live with the four little marks rather than waiting for a new phone, transferring files and might risk the chance of the screen clicking error. I love this phone but still miss BB10 A LOT.

keep it, nothing wrong with phone. I'm not sure it's BlackBerry's fault that the phone got nicked.

Using the same case and it's pretty good. But pricey though... I paid $30 bucks for it.

It kind of is if it happened directly as a result of using an OEM case.
