Well, at least you didn't get just headphones in the box and no Priv. You got the better combination
For what it's worth, I think I read the headphones were not very good quality anyway.

Kinda crazy how it doesn't come with headphones... but who uses the oem earbuds anyway? Mine have been in the box since I got the Priv in December.

Just picked mine up at the store everyone working there was so excited to try it that I let them take it out of the box which I never do. It was great to see people excited about a blackberry again.

I'm thinking of passing by t-mobile to try this phone out and purchase it on jump. I am having second thoughts because of my love for the BB10 OS on my passport and have been a bb user since 2007. I have had a Galaxy Note and S4 before used it for a year and found android os to be too complicated for me, basically I couldn't get used to it may seem that the smartphone became a dumbphone, or maybe a "smart" user became a dumb user in my case. lol.

I was actually contemplating on getting a BB Classic or another Passport and then this came up, and I'm finding it'll be a waste if I became impatient and not wait for the eventual price drop that Mr. Chen mentioned. I was really disappointed when I was trading in my Q10 and other gadgets on amazon, when a pop-up of the passport trade-in value was at $0.04 literally 4 cents and I felt insulted. lol.

I'll talk to them about a their in store return policy it'll hurt to lose approximately $50-80 within a month of purchase of the Priv.
