    Unfortunately could not use smime with Imap account in bbhun android.
    Does bbhub smime config work only actively c accs?
    Could bes account help to use smime with Imap account?

    S/MIME requires Exchange.

    It's not (at all) impossible to code for IMAP in this regard, but BlackBerry has historically not done it (with BB10), so it's not all that surprising.

    OK thanks. See no limitation for usage s/mime without exchange. There is no any requirement for using encryption with exchange\activesync protocols only.
