    Hello. My BlackBerry passport heats up while on idle mind. It drains my battery :/. Any thoughts why?

    Changed any settings while fiddling? Tried to stop battery saving mode when battery went low? Been charging continuously? Battery saving mode doesn't activate automatically?

    I've never done any of that, except maybe for battery charging continuously. I did leave it overnight to charge many times recently. I've read online that the new batteries should be fine with it, but do you think that that's causing it?

    Oh. Sorry! I just clicked Ask A Question and New Thread and the system picked up BlackBerry priv by default, I guess!
