    So I currently have a Priv that is being replaced under warranty and my new device is scheduled to arrive in the next day or two....what is the best way to ensure the transition from one device to the other is quick and painless? Coming from bb10 I was spoiled by Link. Thanks!

    Im.not sure there is a great backup other than what is currently native on the device and the Google File transfer app. If you save photos to one drive or box or Google photos then you are OK.
