In my opinion, having used a few of those apps the best one I have come across is
Car Expenses (manager) from KB2 Soft.
Has it all. All your car expenses, fuel, repairs ,car test, cleaning calculates it all in and gives a true picture of all your car expenses. You will be surprised how much money you spend on your car!
Use it know for about 6 month and nothing comes close.
