    It's highly likely they are reserving the Priv for the their "top-tier" brand to milk the first layer. Just buy one outright from Rogers...

    Just spoke with Bell Chat Support... suggested retail price will be $799.99 outright... no information on contract pricing yet... later this week

    That too.. I just find it odd.. from what I understood it was just a pad you put your phone on.. why should any of that depend on carriers

    Thing is, doesn't sound like it's the carriers. If they are so against it, S6 wouldn't have dual charging either.
