    Anyone else have a problem with BBM draining their battery while running in the background? I don't even use it, but in less than 6 and a half hours, it used up almost 38%, and this isn't the first time it's happened. I guess that the easy thing would be to just uninstall it, but I'd like to understand the problem.

    There have been reports that BBM can decide to be "busy" and use a lot of battery power. Usually Rebooting fixes it.

    Let's see what others suggest.

    This issue is very annoying. Randomly my BBM would drain my phone's battery-powered while having not used BBM at all for the entire day .
