    Don't know... haven't seen a T Mobile one in the wild I can play with and I know Verizon ones are not.

    It surprised me -- pleasantly so. If I was in the market for a Priv I would definitely get the B&H deal as it appears there is no disadvantage to it anymore.

    Also don't know what it does if you set it up with an AT&T sim in it...

    The unlocked AT&T devices that are purchased other than AT&T, are now being updated directly by BlackBerry, using the same OS version as the Factory unlocked devices.
    Those purchased from AT&T, paid off, unlocked and now used on other carriers are the same.
    - Above is accurate, I'm not sure about the below.-
    Privs still under contract to AT&T are not receiving updates directly from BB.
    Priv's still locked to AT&T but paid off??????
    AT&T Priv's once locked but now unlocked and still on AT&T??????

    Verizon and TMo are the same as they've been.

    Logic would say if you update it first, then insert SIM, it would be same as a Factory Unlocked.
    I ain't swearing to that though.
