    Hello I've had my price for 5 months and I haven't been able to get over the air updates I'm still stuck in june1st and I'm on build AAF355 any ideas? I've already done the check in number that was on Monday.

    Likely need to install AT&T (or AT&T MVNO) sim into your priv to get the AT&T ota updates. Or try taking out the T-Mobile sim and searching while on WiFi.

    But from what I've seen blackberry is now pushing updates out to our devices since Oct 20th so I guess idk I'm really irradiated

    There is some confusion about which "AT&T" phones get updates directly from BB. I may be wrong but after reading various threads, it sounds as if BB ONLY updates the AT&T phones sold by third parties that were UNlocked when sold. If the phone was just a regular AT&T model, it still needs access to AT&T for updates. I don't think even if you got an unlock code from AT&T, you are now free of AT&T for updates.

    Again, I could be totally wrong about how any of these updates work.
