Hi, I'm trying to install Marshmallow on my att priv with autoloaders. Once I get to the flashhall step it tells me that Loader is not valid for this device variant. I had a tech try and he got the same results. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Did you extract the zip file first? Have all the USB drivers installed?

What did they do or suggest? Something others might need to know how to do in event of emergency?

Nothing different it just took several times to work. They were also frustrated and their last resort was for me to buy an att Sim. I'll add that the customer service was exceptional. Also the person mentioned that some of her colleagues were training with the DTEC 60 and said that it is phenomenal.
