I agree but I would still recommend the Priv to anyone but definitely not at 600 or 700 dollars. The hardware does feel a little delicate at times. I'm afraid I'm going to break it even when I'm just changing from one case to another but so far nothing has happened and it's as good as when I purchased it. The software it's updated regularly so there should be no complaining there. Most androids still have the Marshmallow, so at least for me, the new one is not necessary.

Depends on how you define "most". It's at around 20 % of devices in use.

I agree with the article, though I don't have the bounce nor struggle with the device being "unbalanced" when the slider is up and using the touch screen.

Obviously any phone a year old should suffer a little in comparison to a newly released phone. But kudos to BlackBerry for designing a phone that has stood the test of time better than many. I got mine this past June for $299 so I feel it was well worth the price.

I've enjoyed my year with the Priv. Android is much less annoying to me now than it was at first and I do like having every app on earth available, even though I don't really use that many. I never had any problems with the hardware. The keyboard and slider remain tight and super functional. My only complaints are really nits too small to even mention.
