And of course now the requisite claim that Blackberry has made the operating system buttery smooth all heating issues are gone and all other for those have been resolved by this date. If you believe that I will show you the Trump Taj Mahal today for $45 cash on the barrelhead.

    The size is irrelevant.

    This is what it fixes:

Yup, just got it here as well. Shop BlackBerry PRIV in Canada.

Interesting that it is the April 1, 2017 security patch level. Not April 5.

We would have got it 5 days earlier if it had been an April 5 patch. Those first of the month patches take a looooong time. 😁

Noticed after install it didn't optimize the apps after it finished. Normally does and takes forever. Did it really even do anything?

You better check if it really installed ... mine optimized all and now the only noticeable difference is the phone is hot as a firecracker, a BlackBerry specialty...

March and April patches did not require app optimizing.

Usually an update clears the cache to avoid conflicts and then requires your apps to be recompiled.

Yours is the first such report.

Is it plugged in? Did you follow the process? What stages did you see? If not plugged in, plug it in to charger.

At this point I doubt you will mess anything up (I hesitate to say further). So, press/hold the Power button for 12 seconds and see what happens. If that does not reboot it, Press/hold power button for 32+ seconds.

    Good luck.
