    Hi,

    Sorry to hear about the wipe on your device #Security

    The behavior has changed in Marshmallow. You are required to PIN/PASSWORD authenticate before creating a picture password. (Please remember the PIN because without that it will wipe the device)

    After entering the incorrect placement 5 times you will be prompted to type "BlackBerry" and immediately prompted to input your PIN/PASSWORD. once you have entered that, the device will unlock.

    I haven't had any problems with it. It works well for me, but I admit I was a bit scared by the ten attempts thing and I turned it off. Now no risks of wipes.

    I see more BlackBerry staff presence here...good!

    It's worked perfectly for me. Then again, I've been using picture password ever since my Z10, so I'm used to it.
