At that size I seriously doubt it is a December update. Looks more like an entire OS update. Maybe this is "N" since you are a Beta tester?

I wish! The last update pushed was this size and brought back the boot chime and bloatware. I didn't update my device because I heard it contained the November patch, which I already had--not to mention I like my device being practically factory. I imagine I will bite the bullet this time, but am disappointed that I won't be free of at&t's apps that I don't want nor need.

But damn devices should not make boot up sounds unless they are an option. Someone somewhere is going to get shot trying to discreetly report some activity because their stupid phone had to make noise!

Thanks! I've since figured it out. I just wonder why some with at&t locked devices are bloat-free and others aren't.

Just got AAI020 update, but only 13.8MB. I did have 1.8GB update that brought back boot chime and bloat about a week ago, so today's one is on top of that. Just restarted the phone and it does have December security update. Chime and bloat are still there
I am on BB Beta program btw.

I did have the chime return, but so far, I have not seen any sign of the bloat, which is surprising. If this changes, I will report back. I expected because it happened to those who did the November update (I did not) that it would happen with the December patch, too.
