I have one question... for me it worked great.

My wife tried it (she also has a PB and BB phone and uses gmail) and when she goes to m.google.com/sync it doesn't show her any devices. She gets this screen instead:

Any idea why this could be? Any help much appreciated.

My best guess..

Because she has not set Gmail up on the playbook first. Once she has done she should see the playbook listed.

try IE, if you are trying to sync it might think your mozilla is an idevice.
or use the playbook browser.

sync uses device identity built in to browsers.

OK thanks.. but I thought you needed Chrome of FF... have tried both on two different PC's. With my gmail account it works fine, with hers it doesn't.

Can't set up gmail on the PB at all..........
