    since the new update my sound doesn't work and my music won't play youtube works but no sound.. and websites are freezing anyone else having this issue? :-(

    Have you done a "HARD REBOOT"? Hold power button and the + buttons down at the same time for approx 15 seconds, after 30 seconds, turn back on using power button
