Its running in a web browser. Look at the "reading mode" icon at the top and the wording.

Even though it's just in the web browser, it's pretty sweet! Would like to try it out!

If he really wanted to fool people, he should have made it into a webworks application and side-loaded it into his device. It would have had its own icon and none of the browser features lol

There are emulators available for iPhone and Android, it rejects the Playbook browser based on user agent (also tried in simplebrowser and it failed for some reason).

Yes you are correct, I am guessing its a web based Lumia (insert model here) emulator. However I cant find it on Nokia US, and cannot read Dutch. There is also a demo on Facebook under Nokias page for the Lumias, but it doesnt appear to be it either.

This is fake. Look at 57 seconds. The 'e' is pressed before he actually touches 'e'
If you can fill the unforgiving minute, with sixty seconds' worth of distance run,

And - which is more - you'll be a man my son.

...and throughout the video there are some buttons giving the 'tapped' effect before he actually taps the buttons.

Explanation:
People saying it's a video and buttons are pushed before he touches them are partly right. It's just a web app "emulator" of WP7, found on the Nokia Lumia Facebook page, but it seems to play a video when you tap any of the icons.Last edited by SifJar; 05-17-2012 at 12:51 PM.

To tell you the truth it would be cool if it were real! If it's real it could be a insider video from RIM of wacky things they are doing with the PB.
I told guys at work that in China there are a lot of knock off devices that people are making in the basements of their homes. Its possible that some could use the same body and screen type from the PB and have a completely different CPU inside that would allow Windows 8 to run on the device.
I remember seeing devices in Colombia South America that were knock off blackberry and of course iphones. The Blackberry devices were running OS 5 at the time, but upon closer inspection you could tell it was manufactured in someone's basement in China.

Seems like a bit of back pedaling on his part IMO because of the video title etc. But it is an interesting concept (would need another emulator like the android one)
