Questions about sideloading from a newbie
A few days back I got hold of playbook. I had heard it can run android apps natively. I wanted to taste the best of both worlds ie blackberry os and android os.
After geting my playbook, as soon as I switched it on and connected to WiFi, it offered and update and I just accepted it and installed the update.
Now, I want to know what options I have to side load android apps? - 05-12-2012, 05:08 PM #2
You just named one of them: Side loading.
The other is hurting them down in AppWorld.
To sideload, I'd look for HaTaX's PlayBook Tools.Need Help? BLACKBERRY HELP 101 | Update/Reload Software: BB7.1- - PlayBook - BB10 | Debrick: BB7.1- - PlayBook - BB10 | Backup Apps: BB7.1- - PlayBook & BB10 - Just use BB Link | Battery Saving: BB7.1- - PlayBook - BB10

Be warned not all android apps will work.. And some of those which do may not work flawlessly.. But quite a lot work great so best of luck
