Hi! I bought BlackBerry Playbook LTE unlocked. I live in Russia. My mobile network provider - Beeline GSM. when I put a Beeline or Megafone Data Sim Card, it picks up 4G or 3G but Data

doesn't work. So any have a clue how I can get into APN Settings to see what's going on? How to edit/input manual APN settings on a LTE Playbook?
Then I decided to make Factory Reset. The tablet is on, but after the initial setup on the desktop no icons except the Browser and Settings. When restoring from a computer, DS says "error recovery". Please help! A long time waiting for this tablet!

Not sure if it's the same issue I had last week...
What type of account does the sim have? At&T blocked my phone sim card and I had to get a new sim card with a tablet plan to get it to work...

I restore my tablet on iMac. Sim card with BIS and sim card without BiS. Not working 3G.

Make sure your plan is an LTE plan. I wasted money trying to use several pre-paid plans that didn't support LTE and was unable to get my PlayBook to pick up any data.
