For quite sometime now, at least since the last larger os update, I have been unable to load any android apps, from app world or sideloaded. Generally the app will show the loading screen, then to black, and then either close or sit on the black indefinately.

I have recently had my device fully wipped / reloaded by rim to solve a camera issue, as well I have security wipped / backed up and restored. I also have attempted to load the android.sys bar, but still the same results. I also removed all android apps from my playbook, and confirmed removal from the chrome sideloader extension.

Anyone else know another step to take or a link to the latest android.sys player bar to attempt!? I am running pb os verison 2.1.0.1314, and have had all versions including the beta 2.0s on it in the past. Ideas?!?

Same thing here - I did a complete swipe and restored a backup without any sideloaded android apps. Working again.

Had a similar problem with my father's playbook and android software. Was planning on using the debrick method after multiple soft resets didn't fix the problem.

A double hard reset fixed it though. Not sure why it did, but it did.

So I deleted all android apps by the chrome extension, and then did a hard reset, which somehow got my apps back up and running.....
