    Hi guys,

I've had my playbook for about 3 months now, I own the 64gb version, I've played with os2 betas and reverted back to 1.0.8. Tonight I noticed that the available space on my playbook is about 46 GB after a security wipe, that is about 18 GB of used space with no files, photos or movies on the playbook. Is this normal? Thanks!

I dont think so...cause there is a 16GB model and it wouldnt make sense to use more space than you have...try using a file explorer of some sort to have a look around inside?

The OS download file is only 200~Mb, you can find the links in the Rooting forum.

On a 32Gb with OS 2.0.0.6149 and several apps and files :

    Total storage : 29.6 Gb (3Gb seems "reserved" for the OS/system ?)
    Free storage : 25.4 Gb

Anyway, very far from 20 Gb ...

    After a security wipe?

So when you go to Settings-> About-> General it lists no Music, Videos, Pictures, etc...?

not only that, 32 gigs is never 32 gigs.

on a fresh micro SD with nothing on it, an 8gb microsd formats down to about 7.6gb.
