Ok, so the playbook was loading up and on the agreement page, no country or langauge was selectable.
Tried to force an update via DM, no joy
Read a load of threads and looks like i needed to debrick and force a new software onto the PB.
found CFP, did CFP wipe
found bar file qcfm.image.com.qnx.coreos.qcfm.os.factory_sfi.desk top.GR2_0_1.668.239873.signed
did CFP load qcfm.image.com.qnx.coreos.qcfm.os.factory_sfi.desk top.GR2_0_1.668.239873.signed

received the following error message

Is this because i am loading the wrong firmware? if so, can someone point me to the correct one?

How did you do the debrick? Did you make sure the pb was completely off? Take it in a dark room to see? Had DM open and plugged the PB in while off and then choose update, repair?

Thanks KBZ1960 - PB was 100% off. When DM loads up, it says update, repair, but then failed at 50% of the download

tried with the 2.1.088 file as well, but failed at 32%

You might want to check in the rooting forum and you might get some help there. I'm unsure if the LTE PB is much different as far as the OS goes. I do believe it does receive different updates?
