I have 2 playbooks. A 16 and a 64. Both playbooks were at the latest os level before the version 2 update. I had no problems with either one with regards to the video. I have updatted the 64 model to os 2. Now the Video streaming from utube and others is way too slow. I have both models sitting side by side next to my router. I open utube on the 16 with the old os (1.08.6067) and play a video rant which is 14.5 min long. It plays in about 15 min.(very acceptable). Disconnect that playbook from utube open the 64 which is at os 2.0.07971. Play the same video and it takes 27 min to play it. There is 3 min of a spinning wheel and then 20 sec of video playback over and over again.
