Something must be happening today. Actually, something did happen. There is no more try-and-buy option for PlayBook apps at the Vendor Portal. I thought that was to come for BB10. So that means that Payment Service is coming to the NDK today or that somebody screwed up the Vendor Portal.

EDIT: In vendor portal, they now list two platforms, BBOS and QNX. Used to be SmartPhone and Tablet OS. Interesting.
