Music Store

Recently the music store has not opened up when you hit the app. I know app world has changed but on PB it has not. The video app still works but what has happened to the music store?

Admittedly I haven't used it in a couple weeks, but it's working fine here in western Canada this morning.

Well it's not working on your device, it is surely working fine on mine.

Try this, in whatever order you like:

Reboot your device;
Hold the power buttom till the device goes off, then turn it back on;
Delete the WiFi network and reboot the device by holding the power buttom till it goes off and then turning it back on, connect to WiFi and try again;

One of these should do the trick.

None of those will work. Blackberry has acknowledged it is an update issue. It corrects itself eventually. The store changed due to the app world update and some users are affected based on activity.
