After doing the OS2.1 update today I again set up my email account on the PlayBook. It found the server and applied all the settings automatically based on the email address and started to receive messages just fine.

I noticed that when I deleted a message there was no prompt to either delete local or delete local+server. Any message deleted was removed from the ISP's mail server and unavailable for my desktop PC to download.

Boo. Shame.

Guess I'll have to keep getting those on the phone only.

No. Wait. The PB actually messed those and they don't deliver to the phone anymore.
