    anyone getting the same "line" when using the camera?

    Contact RIM or if you can exchange it yet do that. The OP never said what the outcome was.

    It happened almost the same on my 9900.. It turned out to be a line of pixel in the camera broken. I had to exchange the device with a new/refurbish one..

    had issue on wifes 9900... Battery pull and let sit for 5 minutes.

    Issue resolved.
