    Default Help update to 2.0.1 taking forever

    I have had ny PB connected to my home computor now for about 4 hours and it is still updating. My PB is showing Software Update, installing, my computor is showing installing sys.data.imf.fr_FR.bar whats happening can I disconnect and start again or is it a matter of waiting?

    Anyone help me?

    Contacted BlackBerry PB support and they helped me to resolve the problem. Good quick service, identified there was an issue with my BlackBerry desktop and save me! Well done BlackBerry top service when I needed it.
