Help bbdm won't communicate with my playbook

it says to retry or upgrade, did both and upgrade just restarted by playbook.

please help..

also did the forget device and that didn't work.

Edit: It was working yesterday.. now today it doesn't work.

I have the same problem now after upgrading , I can not connect to BBDM

backup or anything

I had a similar issue, I hard rebooted playbook and i rebooted my computer seemed to fix it. Also might want to try the latest beta DM 7.0 bundle 59 (in betazone)

I was having the same issue on my home PC and did the 7.0 beta and it works now
