    How can I disable the built in Calendar app on the Playbook? I have no use for it and it keeps notifing me of events I never set from Facebook. Annoying. It won't let me delete them and I disabled Facebook in it, but the notices keep poping up. Please help.

    Doesn't Matter
    You don't use the calendar at all? Gear icon, accounts, tap the account and turn calendar off.

    If you remember to look at it is my problem. My phone giving me a reminder helps me there. But yep choice is good.

    I had the same problem..I gave up and disabled it in all of my accounts.

    RIM is a joke..no one can figure out how to fix the problem.
