i just realised yesterday that I'm missing bridge files. I could only listen to a song that was on my phone using docs to go browse option. Will I need files&folders or something similar to be able to acces the files on my phone?

You mean the Icon for Bridge Files is missing? Try each step below as necessary.

If so try a restart. Battery Icon, Restart.

Next try pressing the Power Button for 10 or so seconds.

To REBOOT:
Press and HOLD all three keys for about 10 - 20 seconds: PowerOn, VolUp and VolDown. Start with the PowerButton. If you hear a shutter type sound, you've taken a Screen Shoot and probably missed the PowerButton.

I tried all these steps and even reinstalling OS, reinstalling blackberry bridge, still not working...

I am using OS 2.0.6149 and BB9800 with latest blackberry bridge.

Please help....
