Default Is Bridge Attachment screen better in 2.1?

When you have hundreds of pictures in various folders on the Playbook, it is very awkward to find the picture you want to attach to a Bridge Email. Is this any better in the 2.1 beta?

No. The File Manager has not changed at all.

Just wanting to confirm we are talking about the same thing.
I don't mean the file manager, but the "choose" file screen for pictures especially.

Any change would need a bridge update, which I don't think has been released yet, so it's probably too soon to say for sure.

Hopefully they have improved this, as it's a big complaint from many people.

"Slowly I turn, step by step"* and line by line I scroll through over 1,000 images to find the picture (or doc) that I want to attach to an email!!!!! AWFUL. It NEEDS to be fixed.

If they stopped the thumbnail caching for the entire folder and left it at just current screen it would be nice...

The screen I get when I attach a file to a Bridge email is identical to the File Manager "app" from the home screen. Neither one has changed since the last OS version, unfortunately.

I hadn't noticed that because I always use Files and Folders.
