I set up 3 playbooks on the same account, 2 for me one for my mom. Put them all on the same account because I thought it would be easy since my wife, or mom are not going to remember passwords. Gave the playbook to my mom yesterday and noticed that video chat would not work so I reset her's to have an different ID. Now I am getting an error on my 2 unless I change them to mom's new ID. Sorry, hope I explained that well enough.
I want to have my 2 on my old account (think I can change them back) but I want my mom to have her own account so that we can video chat. If units are on the same account will video chat still work? Was going to use my 2 as a baby monitor.
Video Chat has to have different BBID's to be able to chat.
Set your Mom to a new BBID, write her BBID and her password on a large piece of paper and tape it to the inside of her closet door. And then re-establish your BBID for your 2.
